Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
1.1. Same-Day Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if the product has not yet been dispatched. You can cancel your order by contacting our customer support team at Here.
1.2. Pre-Dispatch Cancellations:
If your order has not been dispatched after the 12-hour window, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations are not guaranteed at this stage.
2. Non-Cancellable Orders
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, and at this point, the sale is final.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
3.1. Eligible Refunds:
If your cancellation is successful, any payments made will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3.2. Processing Fees:
Please note that certain payment gateways may deduct processing fees, which will be reflected in your refund.

- Cancellations are only allowed on items that have not been dispatched.
- Custom or special bulk orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
